Simple Rental Tents for 4 people (Helios area) are located approximately 1-1,5min. far from the beach and  consist of:  

  •  4 single mattresses
  •   Table and 4 chairs
  •    wi-fi


Arrival hour: AFTER 16:00’pm
Departure hour: UNTIL 11:00’am

          Please note the following:

  • Simple Tents for 4 people use the communal sanitary facilities (showers, washbasins, WC) and the communal kitchen areas (benches, sinks).
  • It is possible to rent additionally electricity and fridge. (extension cord and lighting fixtures are not provided)
  • Simple Tents are rented without additional services.
  • Bed Linen and Towels are not provided. You though have the option to rent linen and towels with additional charge
  • Pets are allowed under conditions.
  • The camper who wishes to rent this type of tents cannot make a choice based on external or internal features of tents of 4 persons.
  • It is not allowed to move equipment outside the accommodation.
  • For any loss or damage, there is a corresponding charge. 
  • Please on departure leave the accommodation clean, considering that other campers will be accommodated after you.
  • In case you wish to depart before the opening of the Reception, please inform the Reception desk one day in advance and make sure you have any pending arrangements already set. Your vehicle should remain outside the camp for that last overnight.

FAQ regarding Simple Rental Tents

What is the difference between Simple Rental Tent and Luxury Tent at the Beach?

- The Simple Rental Tent has only mattresses, a table and chairs, and is located within the campground.
- The Luxury Tent at the beach features mattresses, electricity, fridge, portable air conditioner, table and chairs, and is located on the beach, on the sand.

Do all Simple Rental Tents look the same inside?

All Simple rental tents look the same inside.

Can I choose a specific Simple Rental Tent?

It is not possible to choose a specific tent, since reservations are made only based on the availability of dates.

In which area are Simple Rental Tents located?

All the tents of this type are located in the same area, within the campground, in Helios area.

Is it hot inside the Simple Rental Tents?

Simple  Rental Tents are located in a tree-lined area. Some with more, some with less shading.
They do not have an air fan or air conditioner.

Which type of accommodation is best suited for children?

All type of accommodations at Thalatta Kalamitsi Village Camp are suitable and can accommodate families with children.

How far from the beach is the Simple Rental Tent?

The distance from the beach is about 1-1.5 minutes on foot.

Are Simple Rental Tents equipped with kitchen & related equipment?

This type of accommodation does not have a kitchen or similar equipment.
Simple rental tents are served in communal kitchen areas with benches & sinks. You should though bring your own cooking hob and equipment in order to cook.

Do Simple Rental Tents have a bathroom?

Simple rental tents have no bathroom.
You will be served in the communal sanitary facilities – showers, washbasins, WC-.

Are Sheets & Towels provided in SimpleTents?

Bed linen and towels are not provided in this accommodation type.
You have though the option to rent bed linen and towels.

Does the Simple Tent have electricity and fridge?

This type of tent does not include electricity or fridge.

It is possible though, to rent electricity and fridge.

It is advisable to have an extension cable and your own equipment for lighting with.

Is there lighting in the Simple Tents?

No lamps or plugs are provided in the simple rental tents.If the guest wishes lighting, has to bring his own equipment with.

How often is accommodation cleaned?

Upon arrival, the accommodation is delivered to the guest clean and proper.

During your stay, you need to take care yourself for the cleanliness of your living space.

Are dogs allowed inside the tent?

Dogs are allowed at the camping, but inside the accommodations they should stay in their travel bag or at the balcony/terrace.

It is strictly forbidden to let the dogs on the beds/matresses or sofa & generally you should take care to avoid any furniture damage .

You should always keep them on a leash inside the camping and you should take care for their impurities and not to bother the other campers.

Pets are not allowed inside the restaurants & super market.

At the beach & at the beach bar, it is only allowed to keep your pet with you on a leash. 

It is necessary to have with you the Certificate of Vaccination and Health for pets and a copy of it, which you are going to leave at the reception.  

Where can I park my car?

There is space for parking, just for one registered car, next to, or in front of the tent.

We have 2 cars, where can we park?

Only 1 car per accommodation is allowed.

The 2nd car, after you receive a temporary entry card to load or unload your equipment, will then have to be parked out of the camp.

The temporary entry card has to be returned to the guard or to the reception desk within half an hour.

Can you provide us with an extra mattress?

No extra mattresses are provided, apart from those in the tent.

Can you provide us a baby cot?

The campsite does not provide / rent children's beds/cots.

Though the arrival time is after 16:00’ in the afternoon, if I arrive to the campsite earlier, can I check-in?

If the accommodation is ready, there is no problem to check-in earlier.

Otherwise, you can only enter the campsite  on foot, by leaving an ID at the reception, until your accommodation is cleaned.

Why not to get in to the accommodation earlier?

Departures take place until 12:00’ noon. Then it takes time for the accommodation to be ready, so that we deliver it clean and proper.
