Le roulottes normali per 4 persone si trovano in tre meravigliose zone  del campeggio:

- la zona con dei pioppi (Kioski) - a circa 1 minuto dalla spiaggia

- la zona con gli  ulivi (Elia)- a circa 1,5-2 minuti dalla spiaggia

- la zona vicino alla spiaggia (Delfini)

Dispongono di:

  •   2 letti doppi (140 х 190 cm.) oppure 1 letto doppio e 1 letto a castello
  •   Tettoia in legno con zona pranzo in girdino
  •   Corrente elettrica
  •  Frigorifero
  •   Ventilatore
  •    wi-fi
  •  Stendi per vestiti, scopa, paletta, secchio, straccio

Check-in: DOPO le ore 16:00'

Check -out: ENTRO le ore  11:00'

Si prega di considerare quanto segue:

  • Gli ospiti delle roulottes normali per 4 persone usano i servizi igienici comuni (docce, lavandini e water) e le aree cucina comuni (panchine, lavandini).  
  • Le roulottes normali vengono affittati già arredati, ma senza la fornitura di servizi aggiuntivi.
  • Non sono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno.
  • Non sono forniti materiali di consumo (articoli da toeletta e detergenti).
  • La sistemazione nella categoria " Roulottes normali per 4 persone" si differenzia per l'esterno e l'interno in termini di arredamento  e colori delle tende e degli arredi.
  • Il campeggiatore che desidera affittare questo tipo di roulotte non può scegliere in base all’esterno o l’interno delle roulotte.
  • Gli animali domestici sono ammessi ma solo a determinate condizioni.
  • È vietato spostare l'apparecchiatura fuori dal luogo di sistemazione.
  • In caso di mancanze e danni, va pagata la  sanzione corrispondente.
  • Si prega di lasciare l'alloggio pulito alla partenza, poiché altri campeggiatori saranno sistemati dopo di voi.
  • Se si desidera partire prima dell'apertura della reception, si prega di contattare la reception un giorno in anticipo e assicurarsi di aver impostato le fatture in sospeso. Il tuo veicolo dovrebbe rimanere fuori dal campeggio per quest'ultima notte.

What is the difference between Simple Caravans and Caravans at the beach 4 & 4-prs?

Simple Caravans do not have a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning and bed linen.

Caravans at the beach 4 & 4-5prs have a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning and bed linen.

Are all Simple Caravans the same inside?

Simple caravans differ externally and internally, in layout and in the colors of furniture & curtains.

Can I choose a specific Simple Caravan?

This is not possible, since reservations are made only on the basis of availability of dates.

Where is my Simple Caravan located?

You have the option to choose the area, always depending on the availability.

Simple Caravans are located in 3 different neighborhoods of the campsite:

-Kioski area - distance from the beach about 1 minute
-Elia area - distance from the beach about 1.5-2 minutes
-Delfini area -  close to the beach 

Is it hot inside the Simple Caravans?

Simple Caravans in Kioski & Elia area , are under natural shade in their majority.
Simple Caravans in Delfini area, they do not have natural shadow.
All simple caravans have a fan and a gazebo for extra shading.

Which accommodation is best suited for children?

All accommodations at Thalatta Kalamitsi Village Camp are suitable and can accommodate families with children.

How far is the Simple Caravan to the beach?

The distance of Simple Caravans from the beach depends on their location.

Simple Caravans are located in 3 different neighborhoods of the campsite:

-Elm trees area (kiosks) - distance from the beach about 1 minute
-Olive trees area - distance from the beach about 1.5-2 minutes
- Area close to the beach - direct access.

Are Simple Caravans equipped with kitchen & related equipment?

This type of accommodation does not have a kitchen or similar equipment.

It only provides a fridge.

Simple Caravans are served in communal kitchen areas, that have benches & water sinks for dish washing.

Do Simple Caravans have a bathroom?

Simple Caravans have no bathroom.

You will be served in communal sanitary facilities – showers, washbasins, WC.

Are Sheets & Towels provided in Simple Caravans?

Bed linen and towels are not included in this accommodation type.

You though have the option to rent bed linen and towels.

How often is accommodation cleaned?

The accommodation is delivered clean.

During your stay, you take care for the cleanliness.

Simple caravans have broom, dustpan, bucket, mop.

Are dogs allowed inside?

Dogs are allowed at the camping, but inside the accommodations they should stay in their travel bag or at the balcony/terrace.

It is strictly forbidden to let the dogs on the beds/mattresses or sofa & generally you should take care to avoid any furniture damage .

You should always keep them on a leash inside the camping and you should take care for their impurities and not to bother the other campers.

Pets are not allowed inside the restaurants & super market.

According to Regulation of the Coast Guard dogs are not allowed at the beach or inside the sea when other bathers are there. 

At the beach bar it is allowed to keep your pet with you on a leash. 

It is necessary to have with you the Certificate of Vaccination and Health for pets and a copy of it, which you are going to leave at the reception. 

Where can I park my car?

There is 1 parking space next to or in front of the caravan. At this type of accommodation, the car is charged according to our price list.

We have 2 cars, where can we park?

Only 1 car per accommodation is allowed.

The 2nd car, after you receive a temporary entry card to load or unload your equipment, will then have to be parked outside the camp.

The temporary entry card is returned to the guard or reception desk within half an hour.

However, you can use the outside parking with a daily fee.

Can you provide us with an extra bed?

No extra beds are provided apart those that already exist in the caravan.

There is not enough space to place an additional bed.

Can you provide us a baby cot?

The campsite does not provide / rent children's beds.

Though the arrival is after 16:00’ in the afternoon, if I arrive to the campsite earlier, can I get in?

In case the accommodation is ready, there is no problem to enter earlier.

Otherwise, you can only enter the campsite on foot, leaving an ID at the reception, until your accommodation is cleaned.

Why not to get in to the accommodation earlier?

Departures take place until 11:00’ am. Then it takes time for the accommodation to be ready, so that we deliver it clean and proper.
